No Yeast 1 Minute Microwave Mug Donut

Ingredients

• All purpose flour (maida) 4 tablespoon
• Sugar (cheeni) 1 and 1/2 tablespoon
• Baking powder 1/4 teaspoon
• Milk (dodh) 2 tablespoon
• Melted butter (or use ghee) 1/2 tablespoon
• Egg 1 (beaten) we will use half of the egg
• Vanilla 1/4 teaspoon
• ___________________For Glaze_________________
• Powdered sugar 2 tablespoon
• Food color pink (or any of your choice) 1 drop
• Milk 1/2 teaspoon
• Sprinkles (optional)

Directions

   Add all purpose flour, sugar, baking powder in a microwave safe mug and mix all these dry ingredients with a spoon.

   Now add milk, melted butter, vanilla and half of the beaten egg in these dry ingredients and combine everything well.

   Fold a parchment paper (butter or baking paper) into a tube and put it in the center of the batter in the mug so that it create a whole when baked for a donut shape.

   Put the mug in the microwave and bake the donut for 1 minute.

   After baking take the mug out and remove parchment paper from it.

   For preparing glaze mix powdered sugar, milk, food color together to a thick consistency.

   Spread this glaze over the baked donut with spoon and garnish with some sprinkles.
