Cheesy Veg Pizza Lollipop

Ingredients

• Boiled potato 3 medium size
• Cottage cheese (paneer) 60 grams (you may skip it if you don't want it)
• Finely chopped onion 4 tablespoon
• Chopped capsicum 3 tablespoon
• Chopped green chilies 2
• Salt 1 teaspoon or to taste
• Red chili powder 1/2 teaspoon
• Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon
• Oregano 1 teaspoon
• Red chili flakes 1 teaspoon
• Chaat masala 1/2 teaspoon (optional)
• Bread crumbs 3-4 tablespoon or as required.
• Pizza sauce 1 & 1/2 tablespoon
• Mozzarella or cheddar cheese cubes
• Lollipop sticks
• All purpose flour 3 tablespoon
• corn flour 3 tablespoon
• Salt 1/2 teaspoon
• Black pepper powder 1/4 teaspoon
• Water as required
• Bread Crumbs as required
• Cooking oil for Deep frying

Directions

   grate or mash the boiled potatoes and then add in a mixing bowl.

   Add grated cottage cheese, finely chopped onion, chopped capsicum, chopped green chilies, salt, red chili powder, turmeric, red chili flakes, oregano, chaat masala, pizza sauce and bread crumbs. Combine everything and if you feel it is not binding properly then add more bread crumbs accordingly. Mixture is ready.

   Take the pizza mixture and flat it on palm of your hand, add the cheese cube in center along with lollipop stick and seal it from all sides giving it shape of lollipop. Prepare all the lollipops with same method.

   In another bowl add all purpose flour, corn flour, salt and black pepper powder. Mix well.

   Gradually add water and make a slurry, it should not be thick, should be running consistency but used as a coating.

   Coat each veg lollipop in flour slurry firs then coat with bread crumbs and keep aside.

   Heat cooking oil over low medium flame and deep fry the lollipops in it till they turn crispy and golden brown from all sides.

   Take out over a paper towel to absorb the excess oil.

   Crispy and cheesy veg pizza lollipops for kids are ready to enjoy, serve with dip of your choice.
