Who don't love pizza and better yet mini pizza roll with a lot of cheese  and layers of other toppings. The recipe that I am sharing today is of pizza pinwheels which is so easy to make, customizable, you can easily freeze it and last but not least absolutely irresistible for snacks or appetizer fun meals. Pizza wheels or pizza rolls are basically pillowy pizza dough smothered in pizza sauce, cheese and topping of your choice, rolled and baked into bubbly cheesiliciousness. More over I am going to make these pizza pinwheels without oven so anyone can make these easily at home. I tried to make this recipe from scratch from pizza dough to prepare chicken topping so recipe would be a little bit more longer than usual but this was necessary so that you could make perfect cheesy no oven pizza rolls/pinwheels at home. Try and enjoy.

  1. _______________ For Pizza Dough ________________

  2. In a bowl add yeast and powdered sugar.

  3. Add luke warm water, give a mix and let the yeast rise for 8-10 minutes.

  4. After yeast rise add cooking oil, bread improver and salt. Gradually add all purpose flour and knead a soft dough. Gradually add water if required for kneading the dough.

  5. When the dough is formed take it out on the working surface, dust some flour and knead it for almost 10 minutes.

  6. Put some cooking oil in the bowl. roll the dough in it so the dough could be greased with oil, cover the bowl and let the dough rise for almost 60 minutes at any warm place.

  7. ________________ For Preparing Chicken _______________

  8. In a mixing bowl add yogurt, ginger garlic paste, chili flakes, red chili powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt and cumin seeds.

  9. Add food color and give a good mix to everything.

  10. Add boneless chicken in this marination, mix it and let the chicken marinate for 30 minutes.

  11. In a frying pan add cooking oil and then add the marinated chicken in it. Cook on high flame till the chicken release its water.

  12. Then cover the pan, cook the chicken on low flame till it gets completely tender and the water dries out.

  13. __________ Note: You can give coal smoke to the chicken at this stage for smoky flavor.

  14. ________________ For Assembling Pizza Rolls ______________

  15. After the dough rise take it out of the bowl, dust some flour on the working surface and roll it into thin sheet (like roti). (Try to roll it as thin as possible as it will remain uncooked if it would be thick).

  16. Spread pizza sauce / chili garlic sauce / ketchup over the rolled sheet.

  17. Then spread chedder or mozarella cheese, add prepared chicken and other toppings of your choice. I added chopped onion, chopped olives and chopped jalapeno.

  18. Spread some water on the upper side of sheet, make a tight roll of the sheet making sure that air should not be in it and toppings should remain inside.

  19. Cut with a sharp knife into rolls and add into baking dish.

  20. Brush some of the beaten egg on top of the rolls.

  21. Pre heat a wok or big pot for 10 minutes on medium flame. Put a wire stand in it.

  22. Add the pizza pan in heated pot, cover it and let the rolls bake for 50-60 minutes.

  23. Cheesy no oven pizza rolls are ready to enjoy.
