The easiest weight loss diet plan that I am going to share is for those who feels that their weight is stuck and a weight loss plateau is come. It is for those who thought that they will no longer lose any weight even if they follow a diet and fitness regime. If you follow the diet plan that I am sharing you will came out of this plateau and will start loosing weight. This diet plan is also best for the women who want to lose their weight after delivery. You just need to understand this plan and follow it completely and this will work as a miracle.This is a diet plan to lose 2 kgs everyday. This is a healthy meal plan for weight loss and a life style for how to break through a weight loss plateau.

There are some rules to follow the diet plan.

  1. start your day as early as possible. 5 am or 6 am is a good time to start your day for diet. You can delay it maximum by 7 am not more than this. (Remember I am sharing the diet plan starting from 6 am so adjust your meal timings in accordance to this).
  2. It is very necessary to take all the meals and do not skip and take on time. If you skip any meal you will do over eating for the next meal.
  3. If you do workout of 30 minutes along with this diet than the weight lose will be more quick.
  4. Confidence and consistency is most important part of weight lose journey. So keep these with you and continue your weight lose journey.
  5. If you have PCOs problem avoid yogurt in snakes and have sprouts in its replacement.
  6. Diabetes or Blood pressure patients should not follow this diet plan.

  1. Morning Drink (6:00 am)

  2. Morning drink will not only increase your metabolism, improve your digestive system and will help in fat burning as well. This is the most important thing in the diet plan and you cannot skip it if you follow this diet plan. This will improve metabolism and suppress the hunger. Also this drink is very good for the females who face Lower or back pain. Due to this drink their back pain will be reduced in a week.

  3. In the hot water add dry ginger powder and lemon juice. Mix well and drink it luke warm.

  4. Breakfast (6:30 am-7:00 am)

  5. In a blender jug add soaked chickpeas (drain the water), any green vegetable of your choice, garlic, ginger, green chilies, cumin seeds, salt and water.

  6. Grind all the ingredients well to make a paste.

  7. Add fresh coriander leaves in this paste.

  8. Add some more water if required as we need a semi thick consistency of batter.

  9. Grease a pan with cooking oil and heat it on medium flame.

  10. Spread the batter in the pan to form a bread or pancake.

  11. Cook it evenly from both sides.

  12. You can take 2 of these medium size pancakes in the breakfast.

  13. Brunch (9:30 am - 9:45 am)

  14. We will take smoothie for our brunch. Papaya is the first ingredient of this smoothie. It is rich in vitamin A,E and C and boost the immunity system. It is also high in anti oxidants.

  15. Spinach is another ingredient of this brunch and it is also full of vitamin c, iron, folic acid and calcium, It provides micro nutrients to the body.

  16. Lemon juice is also part of this smoothie and it helps a lot in weight lose.

  17. Put all the ingredients in a grinder and grind everything well. If you want running consistency of your smoothie you can add 1 glass of water in it. But if you want it thick and eat it with spoon 1/2 glass of water is enough.

  18. Lunch (12:00 pm - 12:30 pm)

  19. In a pan add cooking oil and heat it on medium flame.

  20. Add finely chopped onion, green chilies, ginger, garlic and cumin seeds.

  21. Fry these till they turn golden in color.

  22. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, finely chopped tomato and vegetables in it. (You may add any seasonal vegetable available).

  23. Add flour in it. Give a mix and then add water.

  24. Cover and let the vegetables cook for 5 minutes on low flame.

  25. After 5 minutes the vegetables and flour will be cooked. Add lemon juice in it and give  mix to everything.

  26. Lunch is ready.

  27. Snacks Time (Before 4:00 pm)

  28. We are using yogurt here which is pro bio-tic and a good source of protein. This helps to kill bad gut bacteria and helps to grow good bacteria.

  29. In a bowl add all ingredients of snacks and give a good mix to everything.

  30. Evening Drink (after 15 minutes of snacks)

  31. Prepare the same drink that we consumed in the morning.

  32. Dinner (7:00 pm to 7:30 pm)

  33. In a pan add cooking oil, cumin seeds, ginger garlic green chili paste, french beans, broccoli, peas, turmeric, salt, cheese and water.

  34. Cover the pan and let everything cook on slow flame for 5 minutes or till all vegetables get tender.

  35. Then add cabbage, chili flakes, fresh coriander and lemon juice in it.

  36. Delicious vegetable soup is ready for dinner.
