  1. In a wok add butter and oil and put it on medium flame.
  2. Add chopped garlic and green chilies in it and fry the garlic till it turns to golden brown color.
  3. Now add chicken cube or chicken powder along with 1/2 cup of water in the wok and mix it.
  4. Then add half boiled rice in it and combine well.
  5. Add chopped fresh coriander, black pepper powder, salt and spring onion in the rice and mix these as well.
  6. Add remaining 1/2 cup of water, give a mix and cover the wok. Steam cook the rice for 10 minutes so that they get completely tender.
